Personalized one-on-one sessions designed around your body, your pace, and your goals. Perfect for beginners, these classes offer thoughtful guidance and a calm space to build confidence.
A complimentary 20-30 minutes are included in your first session so we have time to talk about your goals, experience level, and what you'd like to focus on.
60 minutes — $60
Packages available upon request.
No experience needed — just show up as you are.


Slow Flow Tuesday & Thursday 6 PM
A gentle, intentional flow to release tension through breath and movement, building flexibility, strength, and balance while guiding you into the present moment and calming the mind.
Beginner-friendly class.
Donation-based — Suggested $5
