Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Vania. I’m originally from Chile and have been happily living in Placerville for the past two years — such a beautiful place to call home.
I’m a certified yoga instructor with a deep love for movement, wellness, and meaningful connection. Although I practiced yoga when I was younger, it was during one of my travels that I truly connected with the practice on a deeper level and recognized how special it really is.
For me, yoga is a moment to slow down, find peace, and return to the present moment through breathing and conscious movement. Breath is one of the main focuses in my classes because I’ve discovered how powerful conscious breathing can be for the nervous system, the mind, and the way we feel within ourselves.
Yoga continues to help me feel more balanced, grounded, and connected, and that is exactly what I hope to share with others — a space to slow down the mind, reconnect with yourself, and find a little more peace within.
I’m also a strong believer in the power of community and supportive social relationships for a more fulfilling and joyful life. I love bringing people together through wellness, movement, and shared experiences, which inspired me to create a women’s community where women of all ages can connect, make new friends, and enjoy uplifting events and activities together.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can move, breathe, feel connected, and develop your own relationship with the practice.
