Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Vania. I’m from Chile, and I’ve been living in Placerville for almost two years now — such a beautiful place to call home.

I’m a certified yoga instructor with a deep love for movement and discovering new places. It was during one of my travels that I truly developed a passion for yoga. Although I had practiced it when I was younger, it was during that time that I began to connect with it more deeply and recognize how special the practice truly is.

What started as a physical activity soon became something much more meaningful. Yoga has helped me feel more balanced, aligned, and at peace within myself. While building strength and flexibility are wonderful benefits, what I value most is the positive impact it has on the mind.

Through breath and mindful movement, yoga creates space to slow down, reconnect, and return to the present moment — a place where everything feels calm and grounded.

My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can experience these benefits and develop your own connection with the practice.
